You come to the guide because you want to know something basic. Select one of
the below questions:

(A) Where am I, and what's going on?

(B) What should I do? In general and right now?

(C) How do I enjoy myself again? I seem to have forgotten.

Regarding (A) 'Where am I, and what's going on?':

You are an element of an experience that's going on.

Regarding (B) 'What should I do? In general and right now?':

Defer to the breath for a while. Listen to it, step off the stage yourself.

  ...then:

Pick a mode and 'let go'. There's only two outcomes to worry about as a momentary nominal agent in this dream of experience (until noticing again that you are only a conceptual object, the camera object in the imaginary scene, and recede, yielding your continuation to unfabricated experience): not suffering, and doing the right thing. Luckily, they work together by letting go being the cause of not suffering, and into-duty or of-duty, you can let go.
Into-duty, give yourself up. Do the duty by letting go of reluctance and self-protection. Give away the self and extraneous thoughts, and every dish washed is a religious experience.
Off-duty, give up. Let go of duty. Stop caring - about anything outside the body - drop the world. Then stop caring about the body too and the mind. Eventually, let go of your will.
                                                                  (DEL) Return

Regarding (C) `How do I enjoy myself again? I seem to have forgotten.':

Recall: This is it. There is nothing else than this.
