In this space we discuess times when we feel good due to having arrived at some attitude or perception but that we're not sure yet is a good one to promote. What actual feelings are we trying to bring out by adopting relaxing perceptions? Freedom and ease and peace etc., sure. But are they abstract? Peace and ease maybe but freedom seems like freedom-from needs to be there. It may be good to expand Limmy's 'untroubled'. Free from troubles - what are troubles? Concerns, fears and doubts, uncertainties, anxieties I guess. How you could get free of them all at once is kind of what we're looking for with zoomed out things like "it all doesn't matter" ringing true rather than addressing the specifics. Stuff like "let it go wrong" which carries the implicit framework of how hanging onto expected outcomes is the suffering not the actual outcomes. There is consideration of "debt" and blame and being free of these specifcially but perhaps troubles covers it and we're saying most general/universal is better so no need to press on unless that comes up

Notes a. The problem with this one is that it doesn't feel applicable to duty-troubles/obligation-troubles or also like internal physical discomfort. $. even morality ^' 'There is nothing, just emptiness, anatta. This is a powerful teaching because in our world we always want to have something. We always want to grab on to something, and to say “there is something”. But actually, there is nothing.' Here are listed a set of self-contained perceptions* to contemplate to remove unconscious tension. Note relaxing the body by being kind to it is its own thing and complements this. This is not for things to think in meditation. The whole point of this is things that carry outside it. These need to work when not sitting still. TODO group into ones that suit what level of tension. late1s are getting into med territory. present moment stuff (but you know if you're 'truly' relaxed you 'don't want to go anywhere (ie into worlds other than the pm)')

Premised on the concept that level-five stress is the default and therefore level-five "panic" i.e. flailing, jammed, head in sand etc, so ALL hindrances are really stress and amenable to being overcome by relaxation. So you don't need to wait till you think you're stressed to re-internalize this stuff.

Provisional numbering and grouping they may get merged etc. Sit with each of these let them absorb.
